Only non-profit organizations are eligible for the Google Ads grant. NPOs must also meet certain criteria:

  • Not be a health, education or governmental organization;
  • Have a high-quality website;
  • Comply with Google policies
  • Reader access : As the name suggests, users with reader access can only view campaign reports and account settings. He cannot modify.
  • Standard access : These users can create and modify all the campaigns in your account. They can also output reports and modify billing information.
  • Billing access This user can only manage the payment profile and billing.
  • Administrator access : The account administrator can do anything. He can create and modify all the campaigns in your account. He can also modify account settings and billing information.
  • Account owner: In addition to having all the same rights as the administrator, the account owner can also manage access rights and product association requests.

If you have lost your Google access for associations, you can reset your password. If you have also forgotten the address at which you registered, you can make a administrator access request to Google. Make sure you have your TechSoup validation token in hand.

If your account is still active : You can make a Ad Grant account access requests. If you know your 10-digit account number or login email address, please have it ready.

If your account has been deactivated : You can make a reactivation request with Google. Before making your request, make sure that your account complies with Google’s rules:

  • Have conversion tracking installed if you use automatic bidding strategies;
  • All keywords have a quality score of 3 or more;
  • The account’s click-through rate (CTR) has been above 5% for the last seven days.
