Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst (Internship)

Your role as a pilot:
- Evaluate CRM solutions available on the market and recommend the system best suited to identified needs
- Research and analysis of the various CRM offerings to meet customer needs
- Work with the team to gather and understand CRM needs and requirements
- Carry out an analysis of the company’s processes, identifying existing workflows, inefficiencies and potential gaps.
- CRM implementation
- Configuration and settings
- Migration of existing data to the new system
- Train the team in its use
- Platform testing and post-implementation monitoring
- Work with the team to develop CRM strategies
- Carry out an analysis of the company’s processes, identifying potential inefficiencies and gaps.
- Develop and optimize the use of platforms to increase team productivity.
