About the role
At Charity Rocket, we help nonprofits grow their digital presence and propel their impact by supporting their vision and causes (environmental protection, poverty reduction, women’s support, immigration and refugee services, and so much more).
Right now, we’re facing a good problem to have… We’re generating a strong volume of leads from our marketing campaigns, but don’t have enough time to follow up with all of them. We’re looking for someone motivated to take over, engage with these organizations, and identify high-potential opportunities to support our agency’s growth.

Your mission with us
- Contact leads (primarily English-speaking) generated through our campaigns (cold calls and follow-ups)
- Establish a professional first contact and start meaningful conversations
- Understand organizations’ needs and challenges by asking targeted questions
- Present our services clearly and tailor your message to each organization’s context
- Quickly assess the potential of each nonprofit based on:
- their mission
- their digital presence
- their ability to invest
- Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings with the Executive Director
- Ensure thorough follow-ups and document interactions with clear summaries
- Contribute to setting up and improving our lead management process (CRM)
You’re a great fit if…
- You are fully confident leading professional conversations in English (this is essential)
- You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and can quickly build trust
- You have strong judgment and can identify which opportunities are worth pursuing
- You ask the right questions and genuinely listen to the answers
- You are structured in your approach and rigorous in your follow-ups
- You are results-driven, while maintaining a thoughtful and human approach to sales
- You are comfortable working in an evolving environment
- You’re motivated to use your skills to support social causes
Assets:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or prospecting
- Experience with a CRM (e.g., Monday, Odoo, HubSpot)
