Web & Digital Experience Specialist

At Charity Rocket, we help nonprofits grow their digital presence and propel their impact by supporting their vision and causes (environmental protection, poverty reduction, women’s support, immigration and refugee services, and so much more).

As our project volume continues to grow, so do our ambitions to deliver web experiences that are increasingly effective, engaging, and aligned with our clients’ goals. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of web projects, from strategic thinking to execution.

• Contribute to website redesign projects (structure, design, UX)
• Design and optimize web pages (including donation pages) with both aesthetics and performance in mind
• Build intuitive, user-friendly journeys based on user intent and behavior
• Analyze performance (SEO, speed, user experience) and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Provide UX and strategic recommendations to improve engagement and results across digital platforms
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and present your work

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Web, with the ability to manage projects independently
• You have a strong sense of web design and UX (you know how to balance beauty and effectiveness)
• You’re comfortable with WordPress (site structure, content integration, forms, publishing)
• You understand the fundamentals of SEO, web performance, and user experience
• You can clearly explain and justify your decisions to clients
• You’re organized, resourceful, and solution-oriented
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in French (English is an asset)
• You’re versatile and open to contributing to other visual projects when needed
