About the role

At Charity Rocket, we help nonprofits grow their digital presence and propel their impact by supporting their vision and causes (environmental protection, poverty reduction, women’s support, immigration and refugee services, and so much more).

As our project volume continues to grow, so do our ambitions to deliver digital communications that are increasingly effective, engaging, and aligned with our clients’ goals. We’re looking for a creative person who enjoys both thinking strategically and getting hands-on with content creation.

This role is a great opportunity to grow your social media expertise while working on a variety of projects alongside a young and passionate team.

  • Part-time (15 hours/week)

  • Remote

Your mission

  • Develop social media strategies and content calendars tailored to the goals of each project;
  • Write and create visual content, including images and videos, for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms as needed;
  • Publish content and manage online communities when required;
  • Monitor performance and use insights to refine content and strategies;
  • Participate in client meetings to present your strategies and work;
  • Develop and implement Charity Rocket’s own content strategy.

Come aboard if…

  • You have 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing;
  • You have a strong writing voice, pay attention to the right word, and know how to adapt your tone to different audiences;
  • You’re comfortable communicating in both French and English, both verbally and in writing, as some of our clients are English-speaking;
  • You know how to turn a strategy into creative, relevant, and visually engagingcontent;
  • You’re comfortable presenting your ideas to clients and managing your projects independently;
  • You’re organized, resourceful, curious, and able to adapt to a variety of projects.
